Two or more liters of glass are assembled and separated at a fixed interval using an aluminum spacer filled with a drying agent called desiccants to absorb the moisture within air space.
The surrounding edges of the double glazed units are then sealed first by a primary sealant and then by secondary sealant.
Insulated glass increases insulating properties of glass while substantially reducing condensation. This reduces load on air conditioning, reduces cost of HVAC, sound resistant and reduction in the greenhouse gases.
